This could also be fore reasons of public policy.
Unlike other awards, the process is long but also fruitful. In fact, many candidates describe the selection procedure as one of the most difficult but enlightening experiences of their careers. Selected nominees must fill forms that would communicate their statuses, scrutinize their methods, and reflect on themselves as individuals. In this way, more than a means to an end, our selection process generates robust discussion, sharpens ideas, and focuses tremendous energy into the individual’s work in particular.
· Persons who have been nominated twice, but have not shortlist, have the option of declining a subsequent nomination.
· Persons who have won the awards twice in a raw cannot be nominated for the third consecutive time.
· Judges/Audit Committee decision is final.
